Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A valid ID must be provided upon check-in.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
No refunds for weather-related incidents, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay.
Pets are not allowed. A $400 fee applies for unauthorized pets, and the booking will be canceled with no refund.
Smoking and open flames (including candles) are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests must properly secure all doors and windows to prevent wildlife encounters.
Unauthorized fires (indoor or outdoor) will result in a $100 fine plus any damages.
The hot tub is for guests 25 and older only. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed near the hot tub.
Guests use all amenities at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
Executive Housing Hospitalities is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while on the property.
We reserve the right to remove any guests who violate these terms without refund.
By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
