👤 Primary Guest Age Requirement
The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
🔇 Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
To maintain the peaceful mountain atmosphere, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during these hours so all guests can relax and unwind.
👥 Maximum Occupancy
For comfort and safety, the cabin accommodates up to 4 guests. This helps ensure a relaxing experience for everyone.
🚗 Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please plan accordingly, as additional parking is not available.
🐾 Pet-Free Home
While we love animals, this is a pet-free property. This allows us to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests. A $400 fee applies if a pet is brought onto the property.
🧴 Starter Supplies Included
A complimentary starter kit is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, one laundry pod, one dishwasher pod, and a small selection of K-cup coffee and tea. Guests staying longer may wish to bring additional supplies.

Bring your favorite whole beans! A coffee grinder is provided so you can enjoy fresh coffee each morning.
🌲 Natural Mountain Sounds
The cabin features a metal roof and is surrounded by nature, so you may occasionally hear wildlife or falling acorns. This is a normal and charming part of the Smoky Mountain experience.
🐻 Wildlife Awareness
Black bears and other wildlife roam the area. Please do not leave food in vehicles or outside the cabin, and never approach or feed wildlife.
🚪 Please Keep Doors Closed
For everyone’s safety, all doors should remain closed at all times, as wildlife can wander through open entrances.
🛠 Maintenance & Guest Privacy
To ensure uninterrupted relaxation, routine maintenance is completed after checkout only, unless an emergency arises.
♨️ Hot Tub Use & Safety
Hot tub use is restricted to guests 25 years and older. For safety reasons, please avoid use if pregnant or after consuming alcohol. Use at your own risk and enjoy responsibly.
⏰ Check-Out Time
Check-out is 11:00 AM sharp. Late departures impact our cleaning schedule and will incur fees of $200 for the first 30 minutes and $300 for each additional 30 minutes, unless prior arrangements are made.
🌧 Weather & Natural Events
Due to our mountain location, refunds cannot be issued for weather conditions, power outages, or other natural events beyond our control.
🔥 Fire Safety
For everyone’s safety, fires and candles are not permitted inside or outside the cabin. Unauthorized fires will result in a $100 fee plus any damages.
💳 Non-Refundable Processing Fees
If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the payment processor and not returned to us.
